Join Heritage on Monday, November 18 for an evening of drinks and lore at Vesuvio Café in honor of “Legacy Bars & Restaurants”! A groundbreaking educational initiative that reveals the history of some of San Francisco’s most legendary eateries, watering holes, dives, and haunts, the “Legacy” project is the first of its kind to celebrate iconic establishments that contribute to the city’s culture and character.
During the happy hour gathering, Heritage will announce the 25 most recent inductees into the “Legacy Bars & Restaurants” initiative, along with unveiling a new, holiday-themed social media contest. This latest round will bring the total number of participating businesses to 75.
Stop by Vesuvio Café from 6-8 p.m. on November 18, and raise a toast to the vibrant establishments that help define San Francisco’s unique culture and flavor!
Vesuvio’s is located at 255 Columbus Avenue in North Beach. Appetizers will be provided, but don’t forget to bring cash for the bar. Special thanks to our co-presenters, the San Francisco Entertainment Commission and the Mayor’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development, for their support of the event!
