This year marks Heritage’s most diverse lineup of topics, speakers, and venues for its Annual Lecture Series. We are thrilled to work with new partners and to reach new audiences as we embark on the five-month program discussing topics such as mural preservation and the preservation of culturally significant GLBT sites.
July 12 – Old Buildings, New Designs: The Secretary’s Standards Revisited
August 16 – These Walls Can Speak: Telling the Stories of Queer Places
September 13 – Preserving San Francisco’s Murals: Lessons From SoCal
October 18 – The Modern Work of Gardner Dailey
November 15 – Then and Now: Preservation in the Tenderloin
Lectures are held on Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. Lectures will be held in different venues across the city.
