Woody LaBounty serves as President & CEO of San Francisco Heritage. For more than twenty years, LaBounty has been known as a popular speaker, writer, and leader of initiatives using history to improve and support local communities. Before joining SF Heritage in 2019, he was the co-founder and executive director of Western Neighborhoods Project, a nonprofit member-based organization that preserves and documents the history of western San Francisco neighborhoods.
